About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.

Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.

Founder's Day

Rowland High School’s PTSA is making preparations for our annual Founders’ Day Program which will be held on February 1, 2024. Founders’ Day celebrated the birth of PTSA which was originally named The First Congress of Mothers and began on February 17, 1897. Our program will be used to honor people in our community that you feel have gone the extra mile to make the Rowland High School community a special place for our children.
