About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.
Students
Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.
Parents
Parent support is the cornerstone for a successful relationship between RHS and home.
Counseling
Our counseling staff supports the academic performance, college-readiness, career development, and personal growth of each student.
Athletics
We offer 22 varsity sports, providing an opportunity for students with a variety of skills and interests to take part in athletic competitions.

What: Congressional Art Competition - Deadline to Submit April 22!

Art Competition Submissions by April 22^nd

Students who reside and/or attend school in the 39^th Congressional District may submit their artwork for this year’s Congressional Art Competition. Submissions are due Friday, April 22^nd, 2022. The winning artwork will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol. Please see attached flyer for more information.
