Friday, August 13 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Remember, it is your right to be vaccinated. All vaccines are available for FREE, and are given regardless of your immigration status. You do not need health insurance. Visit vaccinatelacounty.com for more information about how to prepare for your appointment and what to do after you have been vaccinated. You may also find many other vaccination sites throughout the San Gabriel Valley that are offering appointments or taking walk-ins.

Walk-ins are welcome, however you may also schedule an appointment by going to myturn.ca.gov and entering ZIP code 91766. The first 25 people to get vaccinated will receive a $20 gift card to Food4Less!
The Pfizer vaccine is available to everyone 12 years of age and older. Please note the following requirements for minors:- For all minors aged 12-17: A consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian is required for both visits.
- 16 and 17-year-olds should be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian if possible. If this is not possible, they must bring a consent form signed by their parent or legal guardian.
- 12-15 year-olds must be accompanied by their parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult. If the child is accompanied by a responsible adult, the consent form must name the responsible person and be signed by the parent or legal guardian.
- For all minors, the parent, guardian, or responsible person that accompanies them must bring their photo ID.
- Pfizer requires a 2nd dose 3 weeks after the first dose.
